We understand that your privacy is important to you, and therefore it is for us. We recommend you to read our Data Policy and to use it in order to make informed decisions about how you can use OpenSeneca to share information with others, and how we collect and use your content and information.
Sharing content and information
You are the owner of the content and information you post on OpenSeneca.
In the case of contents protected by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (“IP content”), we agree specifically the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable right to sublicense royalty-free, and to use worldwide any IP content that you post on or in connection with OpenSeneca (“IP license”). This IP license ends when you delete your IP content, unless the content is shared with third parties and those have not eliminated it.
When you publish some content or information it means that you allow everyone, including people who are outside OpenSeneca, to access such information, use it and associate it with your profile (that means your name and profile picture).
We always appreciate your feedback or suggestions about OpenSeneca, but you must understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to provide them).
When you delete any content from the IP, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin of your computer. However, you understand that it is possible that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available for third parties).
